&lt;p>This project, led by the Dam-Lab Digital Processing Center, aims to explore how digital techniques can enhance the construction of landscape walls.&lt;/p>
&lt;ul>
&lt;li>Developed a parametric modeling workflow for generating a wave-form landscape wall system with controlled geometric variation.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Utilized the parametric 3D models to simulate and compare two digital fabrication strategies: direct robotic arm construction versus laser-cut template-assisted positioning, focusing on constructability and geometric accuracy.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Led a 12-member student team to fabricate a wave-form landscape wall segment using the laser-cut template-assisted construction method.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Analyzed the role and limitations of digital construction aids in aligning virtual geometry with physical assembly.&lt;/li>

&lt;p>This is a construction experiment project led by the CE&lt;sup>3&lt;/sup> Laboratory.&lt;/p>
&lt;ul>
&lt;li>Selected as one of ten student‑led projects through a competitive concept design review.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Investigated the physical properties of a fast-growing poplar wood as a building material.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Using this fast-growing poplar wood as the primary building material, designed an experimental wooden architectural structure and conducted 3D modeling of the design.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Led a team of 12 students to refine the design and construct a full‑scale architectural prototype to validate the rationality of the design and the durability of the structure.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Gathered student evaluations of this architectural design.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Reflected on how full‑scale construction influences human spatial perception and embodied interaction with built form.&lt;/li>
&lt;/ul>
&lt;p>&lt;strong>Post-project follow-up&lt;/strong>: The stability and durability of the experimental wooden structure exceeded expectations. Over a one-year lifecycle, the structure withstood various weather conditions, including typhoons, heavy rain, and substantial snowfall, displaying no significant damage.&lt;/p>
